Clean your light-colored felt hats with the Bickmore Ultra-X Light spray cleaner. Its powder-based formula will help you remove a variety of oil and water based stains.

Directions : Make sure your cowboy hat is dry, and remove any dirt or dust with a brush or dry cloth. Spray up to 6 to 8 inches of surface. Wait for the powder to turn white, then remove it with a dry brush.
