The wood has been conditioned for use by oiling with an FDA approved superior blend of linseed oil & beeswax. It requires periodic re-oiling to ensure the wood is kept healthy.

The board may be wiped clean with a damp cloth whenever necessary. It may occasionally be washed in warm soapy water, but should never be placed in an automatic dishwasher. It is easily disinfected by wiping down with a citrus wedge (lemon or lime). With this simple maintenance your Cheese Board will give you years of enjoyment and good service.
